At ArkivMusic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of classical recordings and sheet music. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Request Authorization

Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.

Pack Securely

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that CDs, DVDs, and vinyl records are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our processing center using a traceable shipping method of your choice.

Receive Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
